Fees ~ First 2 Hours @ £25.00 per hour. Each additional Hour @ £15.00.   After the initial 2 hours each additional hour pro-rata.  

The above fees are for 1 person. We try to keep your fees down and can discuss this at your consultation.

House Clearances ~ Fees are calculated on size & contents of the property . Saleable items can be deducted from the fee. 

Mileage  and Travel Band ~ Included, Within 30 Miles of Ashford, Kent.  Each  Additional mile @ 20p each. I will advise this in the original quote.

Selling Items (Good Condition Only) ~ Auction 30% per item after fees or Non Auction 50% per item. Items will have up to 4 weeks to sell. All unsold items can be returned upon request at the time of collection.

Discounts ~Senior rates are negotiable.

Gift Vouchers ~ Stuck for a gift for that special friend or relative?

You know there’s an area of their home or business where help or advice is needed.  We will provide either you with an e-voucher or a  gift card, which can include that personal message too. This can either be sent direct to the recipient or to you for your personal message. 

E-Voucher ~ Within 24hrs or stipulate the date of arrival.

Gift Card ~ These will be sent 1st Class from order, UK only within 5 working days.
